Welcome to Olga Ivanova Clarity Coaching („we“, „us“, „our“). By purchasing our services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered through this website, including but not limited to:
- Coaching sessions
- Online courses
- Digital downloads
- Workshops
- Retreats
- Memberships
- Any other educational or coaching services provided by Olga Ivanova
2. Nature of the Services
Our services are intended for educational, personal development, and coaching purposes only.
They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, or financial advice.
Participation in our services is voluntary, and each client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing a product or service, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings become binding upon confirmation and successful payment.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Digital Products
After successful payment, digital products are made available electronically.
Access is granted for personal use only.
You may not:
- share your login credentials;
- distribute, copy, reproduce, or resell any course materials;
- upload course materials to third-party websites;
- use the materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Clients are responsible for implementing any insights or recommendations.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Coaching Sessions
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a 50% forfeiture of the booking fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Workshops and Retreats
Cancellation conditions for workshops and retreats are communicated separately at the time of booking.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)
Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
However, this right expires once:
- you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content before the withdrawal period ends; and
- you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins.
By purchasing and accessing digital products immediately, you agree to these conditions.
9. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
Coaching
Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.
Unused coaching packages may be refunded only where legally required or otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content remains the intellectual property of Olga Ivanova.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The Clarity Method™
- Workbooks
- Videos
- Audio recordings
- Exercises
- Graphics
- Logos
- Text
- Downloadable resources
No part may be copied, reproduced, translated, modified, distributed, sold, or publicly shared without prior written permission.
11. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.
12. Disclaimer
Our services are designed to support personal development.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, or another mental health crisis, please seek immediate assistance from a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olga Ivanova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
